Perfect for anyone wanting to experience authentic Japanese cuisine at home, Gyudon features tender slices of beef simmered with onions in a savory broth, all served over steaming rice. Follow along as we share our easy-to-follow steps and tips for creating this satisfying meal, ensuring you can bring a taste of Japan to your dining table anytime!

◎Ingredients (portion for 2)
・ 1/2 bl of Thinly sliced Beef (200~250g)
・ 1 Onion
・ 1 piece of ginger (5g)
・ Cooked Rice

◎Ingredients for the broth
・2cups of Water (460ml)
・2 tbsp of mirin
・3 tbsp of cooking sake
・3 tbsp of soy sauce
・2 tbsp of sugar
・dashi powder (2~3g)

※Dashi powder can be omitted by substituting water with dashi. Please watch this video to learn how to make dashi.
